What’s New?
One of the recent updates to the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) is, it is going to benefit all elderly individuals who are 70 years old or above.
A new, special card named the Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card will be given to senior citizens.
Senior citizens who live in homes and are already covered by the Ayushman Bharat Yojana will get an extra Rs 5 lakh in top-up insurance annually.
